THREE-DAY INTENSIVE PROGRAM

The Cheese School is pleased to offer a Three-Day Intensive Cheese Education Program designed to equip participants with the knowledge they need to procure, sell, care for and serve premium cheeses at a professional level. The dates for the next scheduled program are October 11-13, 2009.
